GVCC Communications Director Terra Mahmoudi is experienced in communication strategies for both media and public relations. Prior to joining the Chamber, Mahmoudi developed her communication skills at College Planning Solutions, Inc. (CPSi) and Collegiance.com. Mahmoudi received a Bachelor of Arts in communication studies at the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, Washington, where she served as the Director of PR & Marketing for the Communication Studies Student Association.
